SMOKED PIMENTON PAPRIKA: Our paprika comes from a single family-owned fábrica in the Extremadura region of western Spain famous for pimentón de la vera, which has a Designation of Protected Origin status from the European Union. It’s been smoked over an oak wood fire for 2 weeks, giving it a beautiful, rich smokey flavor. Unlike other paprikas, it is not spicy.
HOW TO USE: Mix with salt, ground cumin and coriander for a meat seasoning or dry rub. Add to your favorite Spanish Dishes like Paella or Patatas Bravas. Perfect topping for hummus and baba ganoush.
