The Secret to a Great Frittata or Omelet

Yes, it’s true. Butter does make everything better. Of course, in moderation, and when you use the real thing.
Add butter to the batter of any of your favorite frittata or omelet recipes and you’ll be amazed at how easily the egg batter cooks on the stove top or in the oven, without needing additional fat or oil to cook it. If using the stove top, you only need about one teaspoon of oil to get the batter going in the pan and then the butter in the batter takes care of the rest. Be ready to cook and taste a delicious and perfectly-browned frittata.
