Open-Faced Apple Tart & How My Halal Kitchen Was Born

I’ve had the fortune of being asked to contribute to some wonderful projects & work with some very talented people in the last couple of months.  I wanted to share with all of you readers a couple of pieces that were published on the website, Muslim Voices: Voices and Visions of Islam from a Global Perspective.
