I’ll be giving private lessons on how to make three different varieties of Italian tiramisu, that classic dessert dish that melts hearts and picks you up at the same time!
Learn my tips and tricks for making the most delicious, creamy, authentic, non-alcoholic versions of a dessert that is very special to my Italian heart….
In this class you will learn how to make:
- Classic Tiramisu
- Lemon Tiramisu
- Strawberry Tiramisu
all of which will include learning:
- how to make an uber creamy mascarpone cheese base
- how to make your own flavored extracts
- which alternative flavorings can be used in the mascarpone base
- the perfect portions for small, medium and large parties
- tips & tricks to getting this dessert perfecto!
If you reside in the Chicagoland area, please join me for an exclusive 6-seat class for LADIES or ADULT COUPLES only on Saturday, Sept.30, 2017 from 1:00-3:00 PM or 6:00-8:00 PM. Classes will start on time and have a hard stop at the finishing time. No refunds for latecomers or cancellations. No exceptions.
Reservations are first paid, first reserved so be sure to book as soon as you think you want to join it. Location will only be provided once tickets are paid and email and phone numbers are provided. Each person will receive a follow-up phone call to verify registration and answer any questions.
