Those of you who follow me on social media probably know that I recently attended Halal Fest in Fremont, California and was there to give a culinary demo with Mountain High Yoghurt.

In the demo at Halal Fest, I talked about the importance of understanding why certain products such as yogurt should be halal-certified. Now that I’m back from my culinary trip to Istanbul and the Black Sea region of Turkey, I am excited to create and share yoghurt recipes inspired by this trip!
