They are so so easy and so versatile. The original recipe in my cookbook is made with a mango sorbet, but in my FB Live video I use a vanilla ice cream. In the first video I use sorbet.

Either one or both would work. Use what you have on hand, but whatever you do choose, your guests and family will love them. I suggest using lemon cups for kids, as they’re smaller. They’ll be so cute, either way.
