For several years now I’ve been working with the fabulous women of Sisters, a U.K.-based magazine for Muslim women. I began contributing recipes at first, then articles on cooking basics (i.e. a cooking school on the monthly pages of the magazine). Now I’m contributing quick weeknight meal recipes, as well as offering answers to some of your most pressing cooking questions in the My Halal Kitchen Q & A column that appears in every issue of the magazine.
