Spring Cleaning Your Kitchen

Spring Cleaning…the thought of it is refreshing while at the same time overwhelming to some people. In Chicago, we’re feeling as though we’re back to winter- cold temperatures and icy wet snow visited us this weekend and will hopefully leave us with warmer temperatures soon. insha’allah.

Since I have been planning for and writing this e-book for quite a while now, I decided to make it available to you, despite the cold weather. Perhaps you can read it over and plan to tackle cleaning your kitchen’s cleaning when the weather is warm. There’s a nice checklist and a list of cleaning products that are halal, non-toxic and safe for our environment.

I hope you enjoy it.

The E-book includes:

  • What is Halal Cleaning?
  • Products to Use
  • Getting Started
  • Cleaning From Top to Bottom
  • Inside the Cabinets
  • Cleaning Large Appliances
  • The Exterior
  • Floors
  • Finishing
  • Cleaning Products Brand Recommendation
  • Where to Shop for Halal Cleaning Products

  1. When I click on the image to ‘have a peek’, I get prompted to sign into Flickr, and then I get a notice that this is a private photo that I am not authorized to view… Strange, since the photo is ‘live’ here on the blog…

  2. Yes, I realize that. However, I wanted to enlarge it a bit so I could see it better…

    • @caraboska: If you visit the page, you can see that I have given a bullet-point explanation of the contents of the e-book, which is in the screenshot. I hope that helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions. thanks!

Ramadhan Mubarak. You know ther were countless numbers of famous black American muslims that contributed to our Islamic history as there are now. I can’t tell you how many meals I prepared pre- Islam, that I had to painstakingly convert to Islamic standards and managed to make it taste the same still. That said, it would be nice to be included amoungst the Halal kitchen choice selection.
