More Ramadan Preparation Tips [Video]

We’ve been talking so much lately about how important it is to be prepared for Ramadan- spiritually, mentally and practically. With long summer days to face ahead of us, we’ll either be prepared or up against a wall of how to get healthy food on the table for Iftar and the early morning pre-dawn meal of Suhoor. It would be smart to use these last few days when I can run to the stores that are only open in “regular hours” to get those specialty items we consider treats too!

If I only planned 3-4 days out I would be above water on day two, I think. You’re right about the specialty items, as those are always fun to shop for during Ramadan, aren’t they?

  3. Thank you for the video. Where is the menu on your website. I wasn’t able to find it.
