    Assalamualaikum

My favorite side dish to pair with meats is potatoes; whether roasted potatoes, mashed or baked etc. what would go well for a light Iftar is roasted potatoes with a mixed baby greens salad.

  3. I would probably do cole slaw and cheese biscuits. We just had these last night. Wow!! They were amazing!!

  4. I’d pair the ribs with my moms recipe for potato salad.

  5. I would pair the short ribs with mashed potatoes and corn bread…yum!

  6. Salaam. If I won the the ribs… wow, fully cooked! A dream! Probably just gravy, warm pita, and fattoush so I do not have to heat up the kitchen at all!

  7. Salaam

These ribs would be delectable with a red potato salad that uses lemon garlic and cilantro as dressing instead of a heavy mayo. Sweet grilled corn would round out the perfect light summery meal! Inshallah

  8. I would pair them with mashed potatoes, for sure.

  9. Asalaam Waleikum,

To make a fun and satisfying Iftar meal, I would serve the short ribs with some sesame buckwheat noodles and a Moroccan carrot salad. My kids would love it, and my husband too!

  10. I would serve it with a raw Kale salad(famous family recipe) and a dish that I recently tried and went over really well with the family. Quinoa, zucchini and fresh corn, with honey and lemon, delish and lite! Never tried shorts ribs, but heard wonderful things about them! Can’t wait to try!

  12. Yum, those ribs look amazing. I would serve them with roasted red potatoes, and a fresh corn and tomato salad.

  13. I would pair a cucumber/tomato salad and or grilled asparagus spears with the short ribs. I might add some kind of potato dish as well, be it baked, mashed or roasted. All are delicious with short ribs!

  14. I would pair them with garlic mashed potatoes and a stir fry of fresh green beans.

  15. Asa , I would pair the ribs with a spinach and strawberry salad and corn on the cob.

  16. My choice if sides would be corn on a cob, mashed potatoes and some steamed vegetables.

  17. I would pair the ribs with slow roasted vegetables and a parsnip mash.

  18. I would pair them with some wilted greens!
